Kyle Orton's CyberMonday Surprise

As my new Target alarm clock rang out that George Michael Christmas song I hate so much, I slung one foot onto the floor when it hit me… CyberMonday! I threw the blankets off and bounced down the stairs like a Syracuse basketball. My wife beat me to the laptop. She was laughing as she read today’s story on the-real-dealio.blogspot.com site she loves so much. When she saw me, she laughed even harder. “Nice hair Kyle! And I’m glad you’re up. Get this! $100 for $200 worth of Blue Nile jewelry!”

“That’s great honey. Do you need any more jewelry? You’ve got as much as Kim Kardashian or the girls at Occupy LA as it is.”

“Of course. I always need more jewelry! And $30 to Spend on Gourmet-Dipped Berries and Sweets! Oh! And $35 for Two Private Dance Lessons and One Group Session, a $165 Value!” Then she chuckled again.

“What’s so funny?”

“Whoever this Scott is who writes these things, he’s cracking me up! The story today centers around a wife reading the story to her husband, just like I’m doing right now with you!”

I thought about what she’d said for a moment. “That’s a little freaky, isn’t it?”

“That’s what the story said you’d say!” She yelled in an excited tone.

“What else does it say I’ll say?” I was downright concerned now.

“It says here that you’d look downright concerned, and just want to check out the CyberMonday deals at Walmart, Macy’s and Best Buy, and you wish they’d just list the rest of the deals so I’ll stop reading and you can start shopping faster.

And that's the Real Dealio!
